They are out of ingredients every single time I go there. This is the only location I have this issue with, and it's every time
Went to buy some ginger shots but the employee refused to make them and lied about not having the ingredients
I actually like Jamba Juice and I do not like to write reviews like this. But what I don't like is the inconsistent amount of... advertised fruit or items inside their menue items. Ordering ahead of time to not have to wait is a plus, except... you go tothis location. Because you will wait. The team working there is not really "stoked" on actually moving. At least that's how itseems. "Fine, I'll make the bowl..." as a comment while told that an ordered item is missing. And while making the bowlforgetting to actually add the items that have been advertised to be inside. Like Bananas, Coconut, Flakes ... because it mightbe more convenient or we "ran out" Choose any of these answers , they will fit. This is not the first time this happened. Morelike the fifth or seventh time. I guess we'll be sticking with a different company from now on. Where we get what we pay for ,without hassle. Too bad, so sad. Read more
Excellent customer service very clean
This is review is strictly for my order of peanut butter moo?d. Service was quick and the drink was blended too long where the... ice is pretty much gone. When we got home, we took a sip, it was way too sweet. No point in returning to get a different drinkmade. I immediately got a sugar headache. I barely tasted any peanut butter or yogurt, it was pure chocolate and sugar. I am notsure of this is how it is. It?s even sweeter than Starbucks Java chip Frappuccino as a comparison. I tried to save it bydiluting half with almond milk and it was still sweet. So you can imagine it was like drinking pure sugar. ???? We will mostlikely pass on this the next time we visit and stick to classics like razzmatazz. Read more

I love going here but this time all the smoothies were pure liquid, literally i said I don't get my drinks like this. The girl... didn't even bother to fix it. I understand it was close to closing time but the work has to be done right. Also im sitting in mycar girl is doing her own drink and still adds more frozen fruit and her smoothie is made to perfection wow. And then manager orwho knows the person replying...please leave your comment or call the jamba juice 800 number. Like what is that going to do? Read more
