Ordered pizza, Gave credit credentials over the phone, and the pizza never showed up! What? We waited an hour and a half and... finally called and nobody answered?! That was it folks! Update: Headquarters notified me and told me they took this seriously,especially since they didn't even bother to call me, and that they would notify the franchise owner personally, and that theyshould get back to me within 5 days. 5 days later, a low level employee called me and told me he wanted to keep my money untilthe next time I ordered a pizza. There was no real apology. A real apology would've been at least a discount in the future. There was none of that. I wouldn't want to face going through hunger pains again because the staff at Mountain Mikes Pizzadoesn't care about you one bit. Proof is in their apology I just mentioned. Also, I don't think they're paid well because theyalways beg you for tips for the delivery guy when you're just trying to call and order a pizza. Personally for me, I avoidplaces where the employees are always begging for tips, it's always so uncomfortable. Read more
Wonderful pizza my favorite my order for the first time was missing pepperoni that I ordered but it was still good pizza.
This place is WORTH the price and they were incredibly fast for delivery! The finest pizza in Costa Mesa! We love all the... different topping options and the ingredients are so fresh! They are very generous with all toppings meat and veggie alike. Chipthe owner is absolutely incredible, so kind and friendly! This place has great customer service and I cannot wait to order fromhere again! They also now have a salad bar buffet that looks incredible! 10/10 would swipe right on this Mountain Mike location! Just tried to this place and the pizza is good. I came in 20 minutes before closing and you could tell it was a slower night.... However, Mark (who was up front) was great. He helped me with my order and was extremely friendly and held a conversation withmy while I waited for my pizza and he continued to work still and being productive. I will be back again thanks to the goodpizza and Great customer service I received. Read more
I live in Arizona and my first stop when i visit Cali is for Mountain Mikes Crispy Curly Pepperoni! By far the best pizza out... there! Love the small slices, edge to edge pepperoni, and perfect crust! Read more
Soooooo This place is the bees knees! Best pizza in the area. We have been here 3X since they opened a couple of months... ago. They have beer on tap, Honor special requests, and the staff is the ????! The last time we ate here we chose to dine in andgot a couple of beers. I wanted a lime for my beer but they didn?t have any so our waitress went to Fish bonez next door and gotme some lemons lol. Of course it?s not the same, but the effort was key and it got the job done! Today my man ordered pizza fordinner and he knows it?s not my fav thing to eat so he always tries to make up for it with creativity lol He requested to have aheart made on my pizza and The Mountain Mike?s team made it happen! The pizza is so good and even though I?m not a pizza fan I?dgo here in a HEART BEAT! Thanks so much, Mountain Mike?s for hiring quality staff! They ALL deserve some extra kudos! Lol Read more
