Called the restaurant right away in Irvine Los Olivos-DM answered and promisedimmediate response-sent to him picture and all details. That was Nov 17! Here we are almost a month later and 3 follow upemails by me to an Anthony-DM as well as 3 other parties and zero response from anyone-this is a shameful organization hopingthe problem will go away by ignoring it-only conclusion I can make based on their cowardly response. I am a long time customer but on Saturday I had a very unpleasant situation with one of the employees ( Brian), not only there... were flies around the table but the customer service was completely different, when I requested a manager the employee reactedso aggressively I could not believe his behavior.
