Enjoyed the happy hour deals with friends here. The only downside I saw was the HH Menu says $4 off the half yard beers, but... actually $2 was applied. Didn?t bother to tell the waiter at the time. It would be nice to have this fixed. Read more
Yard House has an extensive menu...but as they say...you can't be great at everything. However, most things are amazing.
This Yard House has been here for years. It still looks great inside and the food and service are solid. The menu has a lot of... great options. The Poke Nachos are unique and very well seasoned. The turkey club is a solid choice but note the bread is notsourdough, and it is a bit on the sweet side. The Nashville chicken and sweet potato pancakes are a great savory option. Pretty much a basic sports bar but for rich people. Nothing special about anything really. The waiter didn't write down our... order so that was a set up for delayed food right off the bat. Forgot things often. Never received condiments (not even salt oranything) One busser gave us extra napkins, but the waiter quickly took those back for some reason. L Paid with gift cards, theyonly applied one and tried throwing the others away without even using them! My Daughter just turned 21 this past week and her Aunt and her friend took her here last night to celebrate. She just explained... to me her experience to me this morning and I was really surprised to here what she told me because I took her here just lastweek for lunch on her birthday and we had a grear experience. Unfortunately the bartender "Gregory" she had serving her lastnight was horrible. I'm writing this review because I don't want any other parent to have their adult children go through whatshe had to go through last night with this bartender. Turning 21 is supposed to be a great experience. As a family we havealways loved going to the Yard House because thier establishment treats thier customers with a 5 star service every time. That'swhy we go here. The service is the key. Sure your going to have days the food or drinks may not be perfect but the servicealways makes up for it. That's the Yard House way. I'm not going to go into details of what happened but the bottom line is thatwe're not going back to this location any longer. The service was great! The food was delicious and the drinks were fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves... beer and food. This is my go to place when I need to get away for a night with friends and/or family. I am always treated likefamily by both management and staff. A great addition to the Newport area. Read more
Best food. Really enjoyed the FireCracker Shrimp and Vampire Tacos. Pizza was also great.
