Place is a disaster. No bottled water, ice machine broken, no juice for the kids, can?t pay with cash, line out the door. One... of the guys needed to call in back up to help him roll a burrito because it was too full. What a mess! Read more
Worst Chipotle i ever been to. Workers are nasty and slow, the place is filthy.
The guy working there was super mean. He looked exasperated with me and Sister for just ordering. Just prior I threw up in the... trash can outside. That was a better experience. I hope that guy loses his keys and his attitude. Also he poorly wrapped myburrito. Read more
I wish I could give this no stars ? tables were filthy garbage was everywhere over flowing no garbage bags even in the cans ?... ice was over flowing out of the machine garbage all over the floors. We had asked for a worker to clean one of the tables for usto sit down because all of them had old food stuck to them abs she just gave us a dirty look ? all of the drinks were old anddried up the food behind the counter looked like it was from days ago this place needs to close down ???? We like this location a lot (better than the other two in this area) But this time we had an exceptional visit all thanks to the... server. I wish I?d asked his name! He mixed the salsas before scooping, and asked if the amount was good before pouring it on.He was also generous with the cheese and lettuce which I really appreciate. The Danbury Mall and Mill Plains Road locations are always dirty and dusty. You would think that with all of the food and... safety issues that have plagued this chain, not only would the food be preparation in a spotless environment (which is wasn't ineither location) the restaurant would be immaculate! It is not unusually to find napkins and worse and most offensive of all,food on the floor! The condiment containers were nearly empty and we had to search for hot sauce. Come on folks... you have agreat product ... get it together! Or maybe this is part of Chipotle's corporate culture, good food served in dirtyrestaurants. P.S. after reading several reviews the consensus seems to be the same. Good food, but the place is dirty, so Iguess it is the corporate culture. I waited in a ten minute line to get a burrito. When I got up front I asked for a Veggie burrito. The man started making it, put... in beans and rice and then stared at me for a few seconds. I repeated ?veggie burrito? to which he told me they didn?t have anyveggies. He then continued to just stare at me.
