Get the people at this location more support, please. I've been in about 4 times since they opened, and it's soooo slowwwww.... Today, with 2 customers in front of me, it took 25 minutes start to finish to get a mini sandwich. There were 4 employees behindthe counter, and honestly, there must be a more efficient way to run the operation. The location across town has more employees,but they get you in and out insanely fast. Why is this one so different? At one point, there were 3 employees gathered aroundthe register. There was one man who I guess was in charge of the grill, but because no one was ordering hot sandwiches, he wasjust going back and forth doing nothing. Why couldn't he jump on and help the other guy with toppings since he and the woman atthe register seemed to be the weakest links? I really try to be patient these days, but I think that long for a fast food sub isout of the question. Read more
Food is always great and the employees are super happy, friendly and helpful. You have to check this place out!!
They make a great sandwich my favorite is the #9 or the #56. Happy they made one closer to my work. Just get it mike way extra... juice. Read more
Honestly if I could give you zero stars I would. Our Uber eats lunch order for our office was cancelled by Jersey Mike?s five... minutes after it was promised to be delivered. Now we all have to enter a meeting for multiple hours with no lunch. This isabsolutely not acceptable, under any circumstances. Read more

So... Customer service can be worked on. But overall. Food is good.
Food is good, but twice I've placed orders online and that service is terrible, was told pickup was 6:01, I go in at 6:00 and... I'm still waiting and no where near done, it's 6:30, horrible customer service, would have been quicker walking in and standingin line, shouldn't have take 45 mins. I could see if it was busy, but no one was in the store and they only had two onlineorders, including mine....I don't know if it's all Jersey Mike's or just this one, I know this one just opened, but I won't beordering from this location again Read more
Pros: Sandwich was good Cons: Entire floor of the restaurant was noticeably sticky when walking in as if it hadn't been... mopped in days. Employees behind the counter didn't seem to care and gave off heavy "I don't want to be here" vibes which I canunderstand because who truly enjoys working, but basic presentation goes a long way. Cashier charged a customer for both theirorder and the person behind them(no relation) due to their focus being anywhere except whats going on in front of them. Read more
