went through the drive thru shortly after 1 am on a sunday night/monday morning. lady on the speaker said to pull up, didn’t... specify window. once at the first window, i sat there for roughly 5 minutes and no one came. since usually while at that drivethru that late they say to pull up to the second window so i did. once at the second window, a lady comes up to me and stares atme. i told her that i had an app code. she proceeded to yelled at me that i was supposed to wait for her at the 1st window. itold her i did wait there and no one came. she argued that she was busy and i should have waited there (there was one other carin the drive thru that was long gone at this point and one car waiting at the speaker that pulled up while i was sitting at thefirst window). i was tired and had a long work day and i ask her if i could pay and she said “if you go to the firstwindow.” and she walked away. i sat there confused since i was already at the second window, she expected me to either reversemy car to the first window (meanwhile i knew there was a car waiting at the speaker that could come around the corner at anyminute) or sit in the drive thru line again just to pay. i decided to cautiously reverse my car. once i paid and went back tothe second window i sat there for another 5 minutes waiting for them to give me the bag of food that was sitting in front of thewindow. by the time i got it the food was cold. overall very disappointed by both the food and the customer service. America really is a crazy place. We got a lot of attitude from the workers on the drive thru intercom and at window because we... don't speak Spanish or with a Latin American accent. I figured perfectly good English would suffice but apparently not. Had todouble check on Google maps are receiving our order which country we were in. Bizarre. Read more
Unfortunately on the morning of July 5th, I went to the drive-thru just to order a soda. The girl working at the window as usual... was not paying attention. Wasn't even at the window when I pulled around I had to wait for her to come running back over. Andthen she made a mistake and charged me for a meal which I had not ordered, it was $13.40. she realized her mistake and shedid credit me back the $13.40 however whatever she did, a second charge for the same amount, $13.40, was made on the card at thesame time. I showed them my online statement showing the two charges. She got very defensive with me telling me she knows how todo her job. Well if she knew how to do her job this wouldn't have happened in the first place. Anyway a male manager wasabsolutely no help. Despite the fact that was showing them right on my phone on my statement that I had two charges and mybalance was off by $13.40. so now I went to my credit card company and they are going to reverse the charge but it just isamazing that they would not simply acknowledge their mistake and correct it. Be very careful when you go there because this isnot the first time the girl that collects the money has made mistakes. I think they just throw whatever they have in your takeout bag. Once again ordered biscuit with egg and sausage, and a egg... Mcmuffin. Got 2 mcmuffins. Last week ordered big Mac, got something else, a burger of some sort. The people taking ordersdon't speak English??? Can never understand anything they say. Always a disappointment. Buyer beware. However nice the decor may be, price is always what someone is looking for when going to McDonald's. I excpet dollar menu items,... but I'm met with a disappointing $1.59 menu. This location needs to find a way to lower their prices, they would do a lot morebusiness. There really was nothing wrong with the functionality of the location, but the prices are what ultimately matters infast food. Read more
I go to the McDonald's and use the Kiosk only to find out? They are not working and haven't been? So you think they'd put... signs up? NOPE! So I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese large no onion no pickle. So when I get back to my hotelroom? I was given a quarter pounder (not a double) and loaded with onions and pickles! I'm allergic to onions so I had tothrow the sandwich out! Read more
