Terrible service. I always order from here; no complaint even if I have to go find the drivers because they don?t follow my... instructions lol. This time I finally complaint about my burnt pizza and wrong soda I received and lady on the phone was givingme attitude in Spanish when all I wanted was a discount for their mistake. Everything?s expensive when you?re on maternity leavelol so I was furious they were not cooperating although they made a mistake. Food can always be hit or miss. I picked up the food since delivery always takes forever since they are down drivers. The pizza... was hot and tasted good. I was disappointed with the crust. It was very dry. Other than that it was ok. Read more
There has been 2 times that i have order a large pizza, half pepperoni half cheese and it has come out raw, I ordered the cheese... sticks and they gave me some weird bread, I asked for 2 dippings didn't get them. And the guy making the pizza had the worstcustomer service i have ever seen. Was ordering over the phone omw there and I got there and he was using his phone and when igot there he said you guys called? and told me a completly different order than the one i said over the phone. The worst papa johns pizza I ever ate. Ordered a personal pie at 9;30 pm - pizza was supposed to be delivered within 30-40... minutes (I live 3 miles from the place). I called in at 10;30 pm asking where the pizza is and whoever picked up the phonerudely answered it's going out now and hung up. The pizza arrived cold and hard. My mom and I love this place. The only pizza she and I will eat and my mom is glad they have added the meatball finally for a... topping. We have often been getting the same order but only comes with Mt. Dew it seems but the driver offered to go back andswap them for another soda which we did not expect. Excellent service! If I would say so just change the option of choosing adifferent 2 liter with pizza special. The points are a great idea since we are frequent customers. Until next order,???????????? Read more
I had a totally different experience than the other reviews here..Order through the iPhone app and reached the store in 5... minutes. Thought that I will have to wait for the carryout but the pizza was all ready..fresh and hot! Customer service was goodas well..In and out in hardly 2 minutes.
