worker was incredibly rude and the kitchen is an absolute mess, very short told us nothing about what was happening with our... door dash order and our own personal order. they were reluctant and gave us attitude when we wanted to order our own food aswell through the drive through. Read more

Super poor customer service! Staff was screaming to music and joking about in the back about nonsense. I couldn't hear my own... conversation because they were so loud. They also forgot my order and did nothing when I wanted a refund. This place is justterrible, wait 20 minutes for nothing. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Read more

Waited for about 20 minutes in the drive-thru for one root beer float. I was the third and last car in line for most of that... time. The employee who took my order was friendly, but the one at the window didn't even greet me. She just shoved the cardreader out the window, complained they were short-staffed (but didn't apologize for the wait), and didn't say goodbye. Iunderstand being short-staffed, but customer service seriously needs improvement, especially when wait times are extra long. Notthe best experience. Read more
