The Papa John's on the East side doesn't train employees right, and horrible customer service. I went their with my Groupon... coupon and they kept telling me it was already used when it wasn't. No longer going to the East side one anymore. Read more
Really disappointed in the DePere location. I placed an order in the morning for a local fire department to be delivered for an... evening event. When the fire fighters hadn't received the pizza's 45 minutes after the expected delivery time, I called thestore for a delivery update, only to be told they were short staffed and still had several orders in front of it and it could beanother couple of hours (they had my order for over 8 hours). I understand being short staffed BUT a simple phone call giving mea heads up would have been extremely appreciated!! Try explaining that to 20 hungry firemen! Read more
5 stars all day. Saw the reviews originally but personally from having their pizza at different locations. I still wanted to try... it out. The pizza had a delivery time of over 30 minutes. Came earlier than the predicted time set for the order ? The driverwas respectful and was very friendly and upbeat ? The food is excellent, hot and fresh. Nothing missing from the order ? Allaround a really good experience. ? The negative reviews come from snowflakes and if the GM tried to solve issues as a couple sayand they declined the offer. Ordered a pizza that took 2 hours and 45 minutes to arrive. Left a complaint on the website and got a response from Steven W.... the GM of the location offering me two free large 1 topping pizzas and all I had to do was call the store to get them. Not anonline code, a call-in order. Called the store multiple times, never got through once, even got hung up on twice. What good istwo free pizzas if you can't even get a hold of the store? In addition to messing up my order (they apparently gave my pizza to someone else; then called me to come back and pick up the... correct pizza), this place is a health hazard. I observed and photographed the pizza prep person making pizza with no mask, nohead covering (hat or hair net), and no food safety gloves. The check out clerk took my money and returned to making crustsWITHOUT washing her hands or putting on food safety gloves. We are going to write Papa John?s off our pizza list, lest we getfood poisoning. Read more
Girl that took my order was very rude the entire time and was very pushy. I paid for extra sauces on the side and didn?t even... get the ones that came with the meal. Pizza was the greasiest i?ve ever had from a Papa Johns. After taking my order she wentright back to making pizzas without gloves and without washing her hands. Do not recommend, waste of money????
