We stumbled upon Tidal Raves two years ago while on our honeymoon road-trip. The memories we made there are something we have... not shut up about for two years. Finally made our way back last night and we?re still extremely happy! The views of the bayare amazing. Last night was foggy but our first time around allowed for use to see whales and an amazing sunset. We have hadmany of their cocktails, all of which are great! The rave pasta cannot be beat with the multiple different types of seafoodincluded. The salmon is also very good! Cannot recommend this place enough and hope to come back again! Read more
Great restaurant right on the highway! Beautiful views where we saw a gray whale breaching in the bay. The service was great and... the food was delicious. We had the calamari appetizer which was very fresh. I had the halibut special and opted out of the craband sprouts that came on it. The mustard sauce on it was delicious! My husband had the Green Curry and he was very impressed andloved it. The ambiance was very relaxing, as mentioned, with stunning views. We will be back if we find ourselves in the areaagain! Worth the wait. Make sure you call an hour or so ahead! This lets you skip the awkward ?you have a two hour wait!!???... situation. Once you?re in though it?s incredible. Great view, you can literally watch whales while eating. We saw one! My wifehad the scallops, I had the pan seared halibut, and my kids had their choice of food from the kids menu. All of it wasabsolutely fantastic! Staff is incredibly nice as well! Will definitely be coming back another time! Read more
This was the best restaurant we went to all week! Everything was fresh and delicious. I had the crab Mac and cheese, and it had... a crispy panko crust on top. We had the Thai shrimp cake appetizer, which had a great cilantro flavor. My parents had the craband shrimp Alfredo, which they said was the best meal they had all week as well. The waiter was friendly, the atmosphere wascomfortable and modern, and the view was unbeatable. Absolutely amazing. We'll definitely be back. Read more
The restaurant is set on the cliffs above the cove outside Depoe Bay with panoramic windows that allow you to watch the waves... roll in as you eat. This alone would make this a worthwhile dining experience, but add in the excellent food and friendly staffand owners and it became a truly stellar experience. Be sure to try the peach cobbler if they have it. The spices used give ita uniquely delicious flavor. We definitely recommend you try them out. Read more
One of the best dining experiences I?ve ever had. For the type of establishment and food the pricing is amazing! So of the best... seafood dishes I?ve had here on the Oregon Coast. Not to mention the staff are welcoming, respectful, and efficient! Not tomention amazing cocktails and and even better view. Being locals we come to eat here several times a month. Read more
Great location with views of the pounding surf, and fresh interior. Crab cakes for appetizer and the green curry seafood for a... main were both 1very good¹, down fall ofmy meal was the over microwaved bread pudding way to sweet for me and did not match therest of the meal. Server and food service were both very quick. Nice stop for a date night, and enjoy the views.... Read more
