I went to Buffalo wild wings after a tournament at the Delaware sports Plex with a couple coaches. From my first observation it... looked like they had about 55 TVs at this location playing at least 4 to 6 different games. True definition of a sports bar.Between seven and nine it took a while for the food and drinks to come out but the waitresses were consistent. I ended upgetting the bacon cheese curd burger. It was very filling. There was no option for how the burger was cooked. If I?m notmistaken all burgers are cooked well done. All in all great experience. Read more
Went here today for an early dinner. There was barely any customers here, so you?d think you?d have quick and attentive service.... Waiter was barely around. Didn?t get to ask for my drink refill until after he delivered my food. Waited about 45 minutes for mywings and it was all cold. Read more
The service here is always friendly and very prompt. I usually sit at the bar, as Lexy always takes great care of me. The food... quality is a little lacking if you're planning to get wings, but I attribute that to supply shortages. Overall a nice place withgood people. Read more
So today the boss bought me lunch so I had exact change to get lunch. So I was going to order online but I wanted to use the... cash instead of my card. So I started to order online and my total was 25.98. So instead I ordered by phone e and my total was27.98 I had exact change for the online price. So when I got there I did not have enough money so they gentleman standing nextto me had to give me 2.00 for my order. The lady said it was because they only had 32oz cups instead of smaller but how is thatmy fault... and the prices online did not match the menu prices so how is that my fault...They should have just honored theonline price in my eyes. So then I get my food and no drinks. Then the best part is THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. The fries were roomtemperature and had a freezer burnt taste to them and the amount they give you in that box is pitiful. I can get more fries at afast food place for cheaper and they probably taste fresher. My BUFFULO RANCH SANDWICH I BEEN CRAVING ALL DAY WAS COLD... TALKABOUT BEING DISSAPPPOINTED.. Best believe i took it right back to the store. I don't think I will be eating here anymore...andmy 20oz sprite fit into the 32oz cup.. they also charged me 399 for a soda.. they told me it was 2 something and charged me3.99... Wings are my favorite meal and BWW is my go-to place, so this is killing me to have to write this. BEYOND disappointed in the... rapid decline we have experience in the take out service here over the last several months. Tonight it was wings withabsolutely NO SAUCE on ANY of them. One box had a small puddle of sauce poured in the bottom & the wings dumped in on top. Sothere was a smear of sauce on like one side of 4 wings. Does that even count?? Last time we ordered we had cheese sticks soovercooked all of the cheese was gone from inside. Empty breading shells was what I got for my money, and a small pile of crispyburnt cheese on the side to let me know they WERE cheese sticks at one time. Yes, I called the store and talked to management.The manager on duty, Dan, is working on the situation. Dan is the single most reason why this review is at 3 stars instead of 1.He got it. He understood my frustration, sounded genuine and sincere. I'm sure he doesn't want to see poor reviews about hisstore, nor the employees directly under him. We were in the mood for drinks and wings, this location definitely hit the spot. The service was good and wings came out hot... and delicious. My only drawback was I received all drumsticks in my order I wish I had some flappers to mix it up. Overall, thisis a good restaurant and bar. Read more
I stopped by for the first time in years and ordered 15 BONELESS wings to go. Drove home only to open up the order and see 15... regular wings.???? I called to let them know. They did offer another order for free but I really don't see driving another 25miles each way because of a screw up. I am just not going back. Check your take out orders before you leave, people. I took my grandchildren in there last night for dinner with a friend of mine and the waitress at first was very personable and... took our order. She brought the grand children?s food out first, which was fine and then a good 10 minutes later, brought myfriends food ( which was wrong) and then at least 15 minutes later, the manager comes out with mine, which was not what Iordered at all and more or less slams it down on the table and doesn?t say a word.
