We took my friend to Friday's for her birthday anticipating having a great time. 4 of us and my eight month old. The restaurant... wasn't packed. We were seated immediately and started off with drinks and an appetizer. Drinks took..longer than expected. Minewas a good 80% ice, 15% syrup, 5% soda. Whatever. The appetizer took a good decade to come. When it arrived, we received it withno plates. We ordered our food and my friend asked for another appetizer to have while we waited, an easy spinach and artichokedip and that took literally 45 minutes to come. Our server barely spoke to us besides telling us almost an hour and 1/2 laterthat our food would be out shortly. Three families who arrived AFTER us received not only their appetizers quickly but theirfood too and was done eating before we even got ours. It got to the point where were so tired of waiting, we took it to go andgot the hell out of there. Come home to the most pathetic steak, mushy broccoli and mac that literally made me gag. No joke, ittasted like school cafeteria mac and cheese. $150.00 down the drain. And it wasn't just my food that sucked. Our entire tablewas disappointed and annoyed. My boyfriend still tipped the server although I said it wasn't deserved. We should have justwaited the 45 minutes to get a table elsewhere. Never. Again. Read more
Last time, I said I'm not going back because the food was terrible but we were over that way & decided to give it another try.... What a disappointment! Our food was burnt, brought me the wrong wings on my sampler & asked him to please make sure they arelight on the Buffalo sauce They were dripping in the Buffalo sauce! I wiped them with a napkin but only eat 1. Never got ourchips & dip, waiter forgot , asked about it once we saw him, he apologized and brought us some & then our samplers came. Read more
What a great time! Food was good. The server Brandon was excellent! He let my wife and I know about all the spices and asked of... we were allergic to different types of food. Will definitely be back! Read more
The only complaint is that we waited for the food to come out a little too long but the waitress was fantastic. I had the wings... which are NOT breaded and fried but baked with Franks Red Hot and are delicious. If you haven't already you should give it atry. Read more
I must say first that this is worst place to eat. I mean the worst. First off the couple across from me ordered fruit drink. Why... this waitress gave me her drink, secondly i ordered henny colada why does henny colada dont look like anything. Henny coladadoes not look watered down. Stay away from this place in easton. Always happy at TGI! Got my favorite Whiskey Ribs previously known as JD Ribs (wonder what happened to that partnership), also... Beer battered Cod Fish n Fries (very generous portion) for mom, and Salmon to go. Server Dorian was perfectly attentive...Legendary service! Also Moscow mule and Pina Colada delicious. Read more
The last time we ate here things were much better than our previous experiences. Our waitress was on top of things. The food... itself was well prepared and tasted quite good. Ate here again tonight with a buy one entree get one free. I tried the streetnoodles. The shrimp and vegetables were good. The noodles were brined with soy. Those on top were edible, those on the bottomwere not. I will not be ordering thus again, even if it was free. Read more
Only gave 1 star because the hostess was nice. Our waitress should have stayed home she was sick. And slow. The food is... overpriced and they give you less and charge more. Very slow service and the half bowl of soup was bad. Read more
