Fries were good. The wings were all oil almost no seasoning. I couldn't taste the lemon pepper or the hot honey. It was like... very oily naked wings. I just don't understand. This is the first wing stop that I've ever been to in the country that wasstingy with the flavor. That's the only reason to go to wing stop! Read more
There were at least four people working but I was ignored for almost 10 minutes, you need to have at least one employee that is... in charge of greeting customers even if it is to tell them that they cannot be helped for a couple of minutes. The three girls who work nights have incredibly terrible customer service. I walk in, make eye contact with three young ladies.... Whom I don?t get a greeting from either of. After, I thought to great them with a hello from the cash register but at first Idon?t get a response. Weird, normal people tend to respond to nice greetings. It?s okay maybe they didn?t hear me. HELLO HELLO!,I said and not a single response. They all look at me as if I had something to say. So I figured to let them know I was there topick up an order. Finally one of the girls very slowly comes to the register to assist. From the moment I gave my name, sheseemed quite reluctant to grab the single bag on the pick up shelf with my name on it. Long story short I got my food and walkedout of there. She couldn?t even print me a receipt. Food is great, but a restaurant is nothing without decent customerinteraction.
