In a more traditional and quaint setting, this chef serves sushi that is nicely arranged and fresh tasting. Service was polite... but slow, even though less than a quarter of the tables were occupied. If you?re looking for a more traditional sushi experiencethen you?ll find it here. Long wait times. No room to wait for table or take out (ordered ahead and still had to wait 30+ mins once we got there). ... Teriyaki chicken is a joke and not worth $11+ , it?s not even served with rice (see photo). Garlic edamame was good but salty. Sushi was good. Probably won?t visit again. THE BEST. No need to consider any other establishment. I don?t eat sushi anywhere else. After having lived in Japan for years,... my sushi expectations are beyond high and Blue Fin satiates my fiercest of cravings. Chef Daisuke is a happy, sweet, skilledsushi master. The sushi is fresh and delicious but the service is very slow. It took over an hour for us to get 6 sushi pieces. It seemed like... to go orders had priority over dining in. But if you you have time to kill it is worth the wait just make sure you put your fullorder in. Read more
