This location was not our regular restaurant. We were working in Ennis that day so we thought we would check out this location.... Corsicana is our favorite chili's. We were seated fast, but apparently, in a booth, that was not assigned to a server. Flaggeddown the manager and had a server that was assigned that obviously did not want to be there. Long story short. Steak was toughto chew. Rice was dry and hard. And the pretty drink I had ordered tasted like it was fresh out of the pine-sol bottle. Thumbsdown. Read more
Attempted to dine in- place was 1/4 full. We were seated fast, waited over 15 minutes. Watched multiple people enter after us,... get seated and place drink order and receive there utensils. My family and I got up and left, no one even looked ourdirection. Read more
We stopped in for a quick lunch. We thought it?d be nice to relax for about 45 minute. It took almost 30 minutes just to get... drinks. The staff was slow, the bartender constantly forgot what we ordered or needed, and the kitchen took forever forsoup/salad combo, burger, and lunch plate. Was seated immediately. The waitress went to her friends table 1st, then took over an hour to get my 8 yr olds drink. I asked 2... different people to get it and was blown off. Then waited 30 more minutes to be able to order. 2 hours later no food still,asked for a manger and no one came out, my husband went to demand a manager and he had nothing but excuses!! Read more
Chili?s in Ennis is ?The BOMB!!? After waiting forever at a different Chili?s? we were seated Immediately once we got here!! The... Waitresses were ON IT!! Kayleigh & Hailey are AWESOME!! They were a GREAT TEAM!! Very attentive to our needs, and was quick atgetting our food out!! Everything was HOT And DELICIOUS!! Good Food, Fast Service, Clean Restaurant, Highly Recommended!!! It iswell worth the 20 minute extra drive from Corsicana for A GREAT place to eat!! Thank you guys for being #1! Ps? Amazing taste and great staff! Lots of food options to choose from each with a unique balanced taste. Totally loved my meal... here, both vegetarian and non vegetarian. The ambience is great too with lovely crowd. Clean place and well kept. Read more
Was positively surprised. You can get nice Fajita there. Place was evidently also very popular.
