Got to your store tonight at 20 to 9 with 2 people serving customers. Then one guy left to do dishes. We waited patiently and... at 9 he came out of back and told the couple ahead of us they were the last to be served and the other 5 customers were out ofluck. I told the girl he maybe should have helped the customers rather than doing dishes and it was ridiculous not to serve thepatiently waiting customers. Her reply was she didn?t want to be there until 11. Totally rude, unprofessional and the worstI?ve ever been treated anywhere. Read more
I really liked how friendly the people were with us; my wife took her time with her selection and the lady was really patient;... the place has a cinema feeling; and the ice cream was really good, we got the regular size and it was enough to enjoy at thepace and taking some home; my wife is really picky with the food and she was also pleased with the ice cream Read more
I love the Coffee Lover's Only signature creation, and the ice cream is good, but this place is VERY dirty. Their ice cream case... looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned inside. The floors are always dusty. Also, their ice cream case has exposed wires andtubes that are a safety hazard Read more
Not a great service for curbside pickup.. though you request for curbside pickup, had to go into the store to get the order.... Also delivered items didn't match the order,there was no note about unavailability of the requested order. Mix ins were notadded even though paid extra. Overall need better planning and service. We went to cold stone on 7/24/20 and we were very disappointed with the service. There were two girls working, one with short... dark hair and the other with long hair in a ponytail with a braid. The girl with the ponytail was so badly dressed. She had ongrey shorts on that didn't cover her cheeks. It seemed as if she just rolled out of bed and landed there. It was veryinappropriate. The short haired girl was prepping some ice-cream to the left in the other room, but clearly visible. She hadher mask pulled down while she was handling the ice-cream. After about 10 minutes she put it back over her nose and mouth. Wehad to wait because the girl with the ponytail was on the phone with a customer, that why we noticed how long she was without amask. The ice-cream is good and I do recommend this place if you don't care about either of those things that I mentioned. Read more
We ordered a custom cake for my son?s birthday with all his favorite selections. The next day I went to pick up the cake at... 4:00pm, after the requested time of 3:30. Not only was the cake not ready, the staff blamed the delay on us and asked us to comeback in an hour and a half. She said that they didn?t have enough time to make the cake! I had to pickup a ready made cake fromthe store with no writing on it and my son was late to his own birthday party. Not only did the staff not apologize but theydidn?t even try to compensate for our inconvenience. This shows lack of interest in customer satisfaction. We order birthdaycakes all the time from them and now will be looking to get from somewhere else. Read more
We went for the new Nintendo promotion. Didn't have the cups, which my daughter wanted for her collection. Out of chocolate ice... cream. Out of strawberries. Way, way, way overpriced. Cold as a Stone customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Rita's. Read more
