Came to grab a bite to eat at 9:20pm and they had a sign Door Dash Orders only. Really! First time here last time coming.
Always be sure this restaurant is open before placing an online order. I placed an order before I left work so that way I'd be... able to pick it up on my way home but when I got to the restaurant they were suddenly closed due to staffing issues. But thelocation still took my order online earlier. It takes less than one minute for them to take my money out of my bank account fora food order but now it's going to take up to 7 days for me to get a refund! I will never order food online again!! Not sure what happened. At this new location I would have agreed with all of the negative reviewers with my previous visits but... the guy working the drivethrough tonight was great. No confusion with the order. Line kept moving and the order was actuallycorrect! Even took the time to let me know the frier would be another minute and a half without asking me to pull forward! The burger is a disaster. Soggy buns, Condiments everywhere, it looks like they mixed it all in a salad bowl and tossed it on... the patty. My 'sprite' is just carbonated water. I've had some pretty terrible mishaps with fast food orders, but this one was almost kind of hilarious. Pictured below is what's... supposed to be a checker burger, ketchup and cheese only. Pretty standard. As you can see, there is no actual burger; just coldbuns with toppings I didn't even ask for. I would be furious if I wasn't laughing so hard at this level of impossibleineptitude. Edited to add... After my initial poor review one of the managers promptly reached out to see how he could rectify the... situation. I appreciate the fact that the organization responds to feedback and tries to make it right when they mess up. Thismade the experience much better and easier for me to return to this location and have faith on them. I'm bumping my review up acouple stars based on the follow-up. I don't eat fast food very often but was curious about this place since it just opened. Iwanted to try the "Mother Cruncher" to see how it stacked up against other chicken sandwiches. I was very disappointed. Itlooked and tasted sad. The chicken patty looked worse than the processed patties they use for the cheap, spicy chicken sandwich.My sandwich looked NOTHING like the pictures on the ads. Pic included of my actual sandwich if you don't believe me. This is thekind of unsatisfactory food that turns customers away. I didn't even finish the sandwich. Fries were pretty good though.
