This restaurant was highly recommended by a friend. We ordered broasted chicken and ribs and barbecue chicken and shrimp the... menu say you get whole chicken but you get quarter or half chicken on some items menu not updated. The shrimp is delicious thebroasted chicken as well. The rib piece we recieved was dry on the end and not very meaty. We will try this restaurant again. Read more

I picked up this order for lunch with my coworkers. One ordered a rib snack. One ordered ribs & shrimp. The order also included... a wrap and chicken with shrimp. The hot entrees all had broasted potatoes but the amount was inconsistent. $1.50 was added forall white chicken. You would think it should've been two breasts but it was a wing and a breast. Two people didn't get the mealthey ordered. Only one complained and she was offered a replacement meal but I think she should've gotten her money backtoo. It's horrible that a carry out order was allowed to be sent out looking like this. This is where my team had our holidayluncheon in 2017. 2018 we didn't have a luncheon. Haven't paid a visit to GF in over 18yrs! Nice to come back to an establishment where consistency is revered and upheld! They've... added broasted chicken which I had to try! So a combo meal of broasted chicken and rib combo! Ribs were meaty, juicey and thebbq sauce was exactly the same...Fantastic! My other diners had Chicken Shish kabobs, Pork Shish Kabobs and NY Steak withShrimp, all was served with enough sides to feed 2ppl a piece! Needless to say to go boxes were required to take home the yummyleftovers. I do have to say that the size of the Kabobs were the surprise of the night, so tender, juicey, well seasoned andHUGE! This was the worst ribs n broasted potatoes I've ever had , everything tasted old and stale, it was only 5 potatoes, the food... was horrible, I'll never go back , a waste of my money and time, it must be under new management or something, I wish I couldgive them a minus star ,????????????????
