this McDonald?s, used to suck. Ever since they remodeled, they literally have been the best McDonald?s in my area, and there are... a bunch to compete with. The customer service is beyond immaculate. I will call corporate in the morning. This is ridiculous! Bottom bun saturated, wet from pickle juice! Over 30 pickles 1/2 cup... of dehydrated onions 1 piece of burger. A 21.99 order for what? I literally just had the worst experience EVER at a McDonald?s and will never be returning to this location even though it?s the... closest to my house. I started to place my order and was promptly told in response that they did not have shakes or chickennuggets. I ordered substitutes to replace the items I requested that they did not have and then had to wait...and wait...it took40+ minutes until I got my food. Then when I got my food, the fries (all three orders of them) were cold, but the problemscontinued when I arrived home. I opened my chicken sandwich to find some sort of cheeseburger inside of a crispy chickensandwich box. I?m frustrated, still hungry, and just wasted $23. NEVER will I go back to this store. Read more
So I went in the drive thru to get 2 steak bagel sandwich, asked for tomatoes to be add. I'm told No. My question, why can't I... have my sandwich that I'm paying for my way.
