I was told this is drive- thru only; not sure if that is true but I only went there because I wanted to check out a drive-thru... Subway. It was odd in that I have to repeat my order 6 times, but my one little sandwich was correctly made. That being said, Iwas asked to repeat myself 6 times for one sandwich with only tuna, lettuce, pickles and a side dressing. The drive thru did notsave me any time. Not a fan and won't visit again. Usually the my order is on point. But on 06/05.2021, I ordered a roasted chicken sandwich and they didn't COOK THE CHICKEN! On... top of that, my sandwich was suppose to have the following, extra onions, jalapeno peppers, chipotle dressing tomatoes,provolone cheese and spinach on flat bread. I got a raw not roasted chicken with lettuce, spinach, cucumbers slices, greenpepper slices, tomatoes slice, no sauce at all on flat bread! The biggest problem with Subway, you can not call them to makesure they understand the order! Below is an example of what the chicken is suppose to look like! The next photo is the sandwichwith RAW chicken breast! I have spent 35+ years in customer service!, when a person has been working in that type of service,they notice the poor service much sooner than others! This is very poor service! NOT ACCEPTABLE! The is THE slowest subway I've ever been to hands down. I live nearby and I try to avoid eating here because it's consistently a... 40 minute wait in the drive thru and I ordered ahead with the app. Avoid this location unless you have a lot of spare time.Whatever they're doing they're doing it wrong, they need a better way because what they're doing isn't working. The staff don't know what they are doing and are so slow. I had 3 people in front of me and waited almost 30 to start my order.... They didn't even know how to roll the pita. All of the bins were empty. Every time I asked for something they had to go in theback and get a bag to fill the bins. Read more
