I ordered, on the mobile app. I couldn't get to the spot McDonalds chose for pick-up, because both lanes of the drive-through... went out, in to the street. Blocking my ability to pull into the wait spot. Then I went in to pick it up. Can you say"pandemonium". I was going to cancel my order, but there wasn't anywhere, on the mobile app, to do that. Tried to use the kiosk after ordering it wouldn't take the Credit Card. Tried 2 times. Then went up to counter to order. And... waited for at least 5 minutes and yelled hello can I get help, someone finally came out and waited on me. It was 25 minutes toget the order. The bacon got a 1/2 piece. Awful service. I am not sure what was so amazing in the back that all the employeeswere there and even the manager. Then went in back again leaving other customers standing waiting to order. What a mess, atleast 15 people working. And in the dining area was only about 10 customers so it wasn't even busy. All the tables weredirty. Out of full dining room, found one table clean. Our coffee and hot chocolate were not stirred so all the favorite was onthe bottom of the cup. And these people want 16 an hour. The food was just okay. The McChicken still taste too spicy to my taste to be a regular McChicken and the double cheeseburger... just doesn't even taste like meat anymore it just has a weird like aftertaste also so it's mostly artificial I think anymoreeven though they say it's not. I went to go sit down and all the tables were dirty had to tell someone to come clean thembecause there's nobody maintaining the dining room area anymore like they used to be clean. It was super busy, so I understand maybe nit the best service. The line still went at a fair pace, but the food was all smashed... unto a bag and two cheeseburgers had burnt onion bits in them. I'll definitely give them another try but not for a while, andmaybe at a slower time. I will say the staff members were at least very nice. Read more
Stay away from this McDonald's! Biggest reason is they don't give free refills and they have the audacity to blame covid 3 years... later. I complained to the Manager, Kevin and he said it's a direct mandate from the franchisee owner - no exceptions! This isThe 21st century and you don't give refills at a fast food place? Ridiculous.
