The man who took my order was constantly sighing, cussing and he seemed very unhappy to take my order. He would not let me... finish my sentences and continued interrupting me. Very rude overall. If you don?t like communicating with customers or beingsocial, don?t work at Mcdonald?s. Another time me and my friends ate inside the establishment the manager (mike) tried to hookup one of my friends (who is a minor) with a grown adult. They were very rude to all of us and were passive aggressive towardsmy friend who used to work here ( saying negative things about her new job and her in general) 1/10 would not recommend goinghere unless you want to be treated badly. When will I learn not to trust this McDonalds. We ordered a Quarter Pounder meal a Big Mac meal and a Med choco shake. Both... meals were large. Fries were filled half full and cold. The burgers were gross. We got a Diet soda and an orange soda...weordered a regular coke and a Hi C orange. The shake tasted like coffee and bad syrup and came with 2 cups to cover up the factthey spilled it all over the first cup. Also waited 15 min in drive through. Went here after a ghost tour it was about 9:35pm they close at 10. Ordered a Fry, Tea, smoothie and pumpkin cream pie.. while... ordering she stated they didn?t have the pumpkin cream pies and they are taking their smoothie machine down to clean it becauseit?s ALMOST closing time (which should be done once the store is closed) pulled up to pay and she said they were out of sweettea and they weren?t making anymore. I can't help but be a little agitated at the level of incompetence that was displayed tonight. We order a McDouble and got a... McChicken. Even more astounding is that the slip on the wrapper said McDouble. I get that it's an entry level job, but this isbasic human functions. Read more
I like this McDonald's the best out of all the ones I've been to. The staff is very friendly and willing to fix any issue. For... instance, I once ordered McNuggets, fries and a medium coke. I was mixed with a different order at the drive-thru but the matterwas soon fixed and I got my meal with no problems. Friendly counter staff, especially the nice guy with glasses who works theregister and the nice woman who does the cleaning. Both are great, as is the entire staff I've seen working here. Quick serviceand the establishment is CLEAN. Like super clean. I've never been to one so nice before. Highly recommend. Disregard allnegative comments. Read more
I was just there this Sunday morning, just asking for plastic ware and overheard the manager (older grey haired lady) YELL at... one of her younger employees for getting an orange juice for himself and his coworker!! She told him he can only get sodas andteas. I was almost embarrassed myself just standing there watching it unfold. She did this while the lobby was filled withcustomers and everyone was watching. The lobby was so quiet you could hear a cricket. It was extremely unprofessional and rudefor someone who is supposed to be a role model and teaching people kindness. If your unhappy, leave your job. And to think Ialmost went there to get a second part time job. Not anymore. Read more
1 star is generous for this review. Came in to order food but stopped to use the restroom first. They were completely out of... toilet paper and soap. I sincerely hope that none of the employees used the bathroom and didn?t wash because that is justdisgusting. Thank god I had hand sanitizer. Lost my appetite and didn?t bother ordering. Read more
Me and my wife were looking for places to eat after doing a ghost tour. We tried this McDonald?s since it stated that it closes... 10 pm. We were there 40 minutes prior to closing but the doors were locked even with the lights still on. We went to the drivethru to check if someone is there to take our order, to which that was a fail.
