Slow and very unfriendly people working there. I wasn't there recently, just drove by. Stopped going completely as the service... is just unbearable. I patronize other shops now instead. My business is gone. Seems like that's common to all Tim's now. Mightwant to look into better training. Read more
Went to this Gibsons Timmy's after getting off ferry and hungry just after 9pm. Ordered the new lime cilantro grilled chicken... quinoa wrap. Got home and it was the wrong wrap and deep fried chicken. Plus it was a small square shape. It looked like half ofwhat I got before at a different Timmy's. Decided to call. They said they ran out of grilled chicken..but didn't tell me? I hadto ask they correct the order since they didn't offer to make it right. But they were going to close soon so they took my nameand said they'd make a note so I can ask for the wrap the next day. I went next day before catching the ferry and they said theywere cleaning the grill so they couldn't make it. It was 930pm. I'll be back in Gibsons next Friday so might try again then.Curious to see what happens after reading so many negative reviews here.. Read more

Where to start? Very slow service and never service with a smile. Today I was waiting at the counter for service for 10 minutes... before I gave up and went to the Wendy?s within the building and was served within 2 mins. While waiting at the Tim Hortonscounter one employee stood at the counter and seemed disinterested in even looking up at me and acknowledging my existence. Only went there because our hotel from the night before provided a breakfast coupon for the both of us. Everything bad about... the coffee has already been said. The breakfast was some sort of cooked egg on top of an English muffin (game changer? whosegame, what change other than for the worse compared to McDos). Hash browns were a flat lozenge of fried shredded potatoes. Restaurant was combined with a Wendy's for those who can't decide how bad they feel about themselves. Covid protocols weregenerally absent. Quick, excellent service and friendly staff. They are working as a nice group even in rush hours. They have a nice seating area... inside and outside. Drive through service is fast and prompt. The area is clean and organized. Read more
