Bay house is delicious ????. The portion size for each course is a good size. You either leave stuffed or your taking goodies... home. Presentations of the food are so beautiful; you almost don't want to eat it, but when you do, it has perfect texture andflavors. The staff are wonderful. The food was phenomenal. I was very satisfied with everything. The wait staff was friendly and helpful and helped my wife and I... celebrate our wedding anniversary. I hadn't been to Salishan for a number of years, but it was a true delight to visit for New Years Eve dinner! We had a fantastic... six-course set-menu meal at the newly remodeled Bay House. Our hosts had been regulars at Steve & Kevin's old location on thewater, but this was everyone's first visit to the new spot. From the inventive amuse bouche (that tea!) to the whimsical andslightly decadent dessert, every single element was a hit. While the group was split on the scallops (I loved them), we allraved about the tenderloin. The Muscovy duck was the best I've had.
