Bay house is delicious ????. The portion size for each course is a good size. You either leave stuffed or your taking goodies... home. Presentations of the food are so beautiful; you almost don't want to eat it, but when you do, it has perfect texture andflavors. The staff are wonderful. They welcome you like family and are so accommodating. Everyone wants you to have the bestexperience. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend it. ???? Read more
The food was phenomenal. I was very satisfied with everything. The wait staff was friendly and helpful and helped my wife and I... celebrate our wedding anniversary. I had clams which was well seasoned, a fresh salad and some pork chops and carrot cake fordessert. The portion sizes were surprisingly large. I didn't finish the pork chops or the carrot cake. I hadn't been to Salishan for a number of years, but it was a true delight to visit for New Years Eve dinner! We had a fantastic... six-course set-menu meal at the newly remodeled Bay House. Our hosts had been regulars at Steve & Kevin's old location on thewater, but this was everyone's first visit to the new spot. From the inventive amuse bouche (that tea!) to the whimsical andslightly decadent dessert, every single element was a hit. While the group was split on the scallops (I loved them), we allraved about the tenderloin. The Muscovy duck was the best I've had. The service from Steve's team was just right- veryattentive, but not intrusive. And as always, Steve is a warm, authentic, and engaging host. We will definitely be back! Read more
First and foremost you won’t find a more robust wine list then this, best in the state... You’ve got expect the best when it... comes to the Bay House. We dined the last night before renovations. They have a 3 course and 6 course fixed price menu. Portions are generous and well prepared. We had the 3-course. Selections... pictured include a beat salad and a halibut main. Offered was a wine paring with the 6-course, but didn't work well with the 3and our choices so we picked a separate bottle from their very extensive selection. Sublime. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu at The Bay House. The room was comfortable and spotless. There were no... substitutions allowed or wanted, each course was prepared perfectly, the wine pairings were thoughtful and spot on. Our serverRay, was attentive and friendly without being fawning. I rarely give 5 stars...but The Bay House definitely deserves it. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. It was soooo much... food... Soooo much delicious food. We ended up hurting ourselves because we couldn't stop eating. I highly recommend the tastingmenu. They have a pretty extensive wine list also....well not really a list but a wine binder with a table of contents. Read more
Good food, excellent service. Quite the list of wines to chose from. Can’t say we will rush to come back but enjoyed our time!
