I just want to add a quick note to all my peeps. I recently started using the McD app. What a money saver-free food! There are a... lot of notifications at first, but u can opt out. Pls try it. I was there in the drive thru about 11p on Friday the 4th if November. The service was awful . We waited forever in the line and... I thought we would have got food .. NO it was cold . I threw the French fries out . They was awful. I won't be going back.Another time I was there late the arch lights was off we wasn't sure theyvwas still ooen with exception if 8:cars in the drivethru . and I asked why the lights was off the young man at the window said we've been here all day and we're tired. Do not go to this location unless you want your burger to have no meat on it. I ordered a big Mac and got all the way home just... to have to go all the way back because there was no meat on the burger. Literally everything else was on the burger besides themeat. The kids on the line were messing around so that's why your orders are incorrect from this location because they don't payattention. Read more
This store is close to our house so anytime our kids need a happy meal or cheese burger, we just drive to this location and get... the food. The taste has been the same(its Mcd). The store is kinda ok. Sometimes it takes time to deliver what we order. Read more
I normally don't have an issue with this location until tonight. I ordered the $3 bundle with the double cheeseburger and small... fries with 4 piece nuggets by itself. They asked what sauce I wanted for the nuggets, I replied ranch. When I got to the paywindow, he told me the price, it was alittle high then it should have been. I asked if they put me down for the $3 bundle. Hereplied saying they did. The manager laughed out loud and mumbled something that he did. I asked for the receipt. Turns out theyflat out lied and rung me up for a mcdouble and small fry. Normally I would shrug this off. But the fact that they lied and theMANAGER laughed at the situation without correcting it, is what is the most upsetting. Hands down one of the worst McDonald's but it's likely due to their being understaffed or poor staff scheduling. Taking the... order requires you to employ active listening, and if they leave out things asked for...they don't tell you until your sittingthere rifling thru the bag in the drive thru (ketchup, sauces, straws). These folks need help...get your kids out there andworking in food service folks....it's a great into to the work force. Read more
They have a new uniform at this McDonalds. Service was poor but that?s par for the course at this location. The wrong order was... on the screen, he was annoyed that I pointed it out read my order back to me faster than he could talk. I?m still surprised ourorder wasn?t wrong. Read more
Haven?t had many problems until recently. Went tonight and waited 20 minutes because they were making nuggets. Get home (less... than 5 minutes away) and everything was so cold it tasted like it had been out for 30+ including the nuggets. It was gross. Read more
