Just went there today and received bad attitudes and the baristas were laughing at my coffee order, no eye contact with me and... definitely were not friendly. At one point I even thought one of the baristas was on her phone, this was just a bad experience,made me regret going out of my way with my baby just to get a coffee so I can get back to taking care of my mom who just hadsurgery. I still have yet to figure out why people pay $4 or more for a cup of coffee! It's not even organic. My boyfriend says it's... because they triple filter the water for a better taste in that paying that much for a cup of coffee makes him feel rich. So heis someone who sees the value. I am someone who can't tell the difference between a Starbucks cup of drip coffee and aMcDonald's cup of coffee for $1. And it doesn't really make sense to me to tip somebody for pouring me a cup of coffee. And $4for an egg bite? Or is it 5? The pastries are tasty and usually fresh. And when my boyfriend buys me a drink, the hibiscus teais awesome but you got to tell him light on the ice or you're going to be ticked off how little you get of the tea and how muchyou get of the ice. I felt so ripped off I brought it back and ask for my money back and they gave me another one but they toldme that they really weren't supposed to do it so there was a little guilt trip that went with it. Please support your localbusiness person once in awhile by going to one of the independent coffee stops. That's my two cents worth! Read more
Can't go wrong with anything from Starbucks, They definitely do coffee (and teas) right. Their fresh sandwich with basil and... mozzarella cheese is my favorite. I don't even want it toasted. The early morning crew I would give 5 stars. However, the afternoon crew I'm not impressed. I've ordered the same drink for over... 5years. I know what it looks like in color when they make it right and when they make it wrong. I told the drive-thru lady itwas incorrect and they needed to remake it before they even tried to hand it out the window. The drive-thru lady told thebarista and she responded, "I'm not remaking it, it's correct." The drive-thru lady grabbed the ingredients and remade thedrink in front of me. I then commented, "See the difference from the drink you made versus hers?! This is correct!" The othergirl needs to learn how to make the drinks correctly and not half ass. If, I have future problems in getting my drinks then iwill drive elsewhere. Read more
Worst customer service. They always mess up my drink (breve vanilla latte) which is easy to make and I know because I am a... barista myself. They forget the shots or make it a different size then look at you like it's your problem. Not impressed withtheir lack of knowledge or customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS Read more
