Closing dine in (Lobby) whenever they feel like it. Today it was already (temporarily?) closed at 6pm. It doesn?t help anyone:... delivery people need to stay in the drive thru; people who did mobile order need to stay in the drive thru; and drive thrucustomers are in the line and clutter it up. The parking is atrocious after the rebuild. Avoid it at lunch hour or you will be blocked in by the drive thru lane. The staff... is still great, but the parking lot makes it impossible to get in and out in a timely manner. Read more
Unbelievably slow this morning. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes. Do not wait in right lane. Watched 4 cars pass me on the left... side. When I finally got up to order. I then watched 2 more cars get their order taken before somebody even said anything in theright side. Read more

Double quarter pounder is absolutely AMAZING! Oh baby, soooooo good. I've eaten many of them but not for years. Ronald stepped... up his game. Oh, man that was a good burger. It looks and tastes like a burger you'd get at a sit down restaurant. Not fastfood. We did order two Big Mack's and they came with no cheese. No cheese in Wisconsin. That's cheese abuse. Ordered $42 worth of food and part of that were 4 hamburgers. Got home and found they had made cheese burgers and wrapped them... in the hamburger wrappers. Would not give me a credit and I live to far away to travel back. I have a family of 6 and we gothrough there 3 times a week and spend between $40 and $60 dollars and the person on the phone said that was not of concern forthem if we didn't come back anymore. This is a frequent situation. This is why I look through the bag because they often make mistakes. They knew they had messed up the hamburgers and wrapped them in hamburger wrappers. They could not have accidentlydone that 4 times. There unwillingness to try to make it right is the biggest turn off for me. We will no longer go throughthere. Read more
