Absolute terrible customer service. I was staying at Tundra Lodge, ordered 3 Lg. Pizzas and 2 orders of chicken wings. I was... told 25 mins. and it never came. Called and asked and was told the order was never taken. I love Pizza Hut, just not thislocation!! Read more
I had garlic par. Chicken and it was no sauce. I felt they could of put a little more sauce. It look like I had bake chicken.... Besides that it was good. 3 weeks later... I picked up my food. Not to bad. I ordered online and it wouldn't let me pick a time.So when I picked up my food and had been sitting there and wasn't as hot as I like it. Not enough sauce and I was first told we only have to cut it and than I had to wait for my carry out for over 15 after it should... have been ready. I did not order carry out to sit and wait 15 minutes at the store! Not to worry we wont be ordering Pizza Hutagain! There are way to many choices out there to go through that again Read more
Just got delivery of the dinner box, pizza is about 50% crust with barely any cheese or sauce covering it. Cheese bread sticks... only have cheese on 3 of the 5. Was told i can wait 70 minutes for them to remake and resend it or get store credit. Told themi only want a refund because why would i ever order from there again with this kind of service. Said I'd eat the parts of thisone that were pizza and they could send a new one. She told me I'd have to return the 'pizza' if i wanted a new one. Told her tojust refund me for it and she said the people above her told her not to do refunds. I said thats unacceptable and asked to talkto anyone above her and she angrily said 'Fine we'll re make it and send it now' and then hung up. We've been ordering fromthis location for years and have had some issues but never anything like this before. Edit: 68 minutes later and the remade onedoes look like they actually tried this time. Leaving review as 1 star because of the tone of service from the manager when icalled still has me feeling like they we're not happy they had to resolve the issue. Read more
Pizza Hut opened @ 11 but still had our pizza ready to go for carry out right @ 11:15 as requested. We ordered a Pepperoni &... Mushroom stuffed crust & it looks amazing. Cust Service Rep @ the window noticed me there right away even w/o the buzzer working& was very friendly, professional, polite, & courteous. It was a great visit, if only through the drive thru. This is my normal location but I haven't ordered from PH for awhile because every order for awhile had something wrong with it.... I decided to order from here today and am disappointed.
