The worse food, I’ve had in a while. Ordered General Tso Chicken $7.50 plus tax $7.95, suggested by persons at the counter. ... Only to be told that if I wanted fried rice it would cost $2.00 extra. If you get rice you can’t get soup. Don’t be foolby the price on the medium, because you will be told, you have to get one item with your meal. The two people at the counterwere new another familiar with the pricing. So they charged you whatever they want. I was told that the manager was not thereand they would have to call me. When I went back to the restaurant, the same person said, oh the kitchen was buy and justforgot to put the soup in the bag. What a mess. The food tasted horrible. What happen to Jade Palace? Man what a waste of money.This place is only good if you order mid-day/early afternoon. But if you’re ordering 2-3 hours... before closing they don’t care. I had two bad experiences. I ordered a Mongolian beef; it was cold and it was mainly onionsand very chewy. Second, time I ordered food for me and my family and the lady said “it’ll be ready in 5 minutes” I wasshook when she said that. This establishment has DECLINED!!! I have been a patron over the last 5 years and have never received such poor service. ... Recently, I ordered multiple dishes including combination egg foo young. (the food is NOT cheap) We got the food home and openedthe bag to discover that they did not pack any sauce for the referenced dish. I called back to the restaurant to inquire andpossibly run back to pick up the sauce. The woman who answered the phone was ridiculously rude and short. She assumed to knowwho I was and told me that I only ordered a shrimp fried rice and then told me that they don't serve egg foo young. I correctedher and proceeded to explain my situation and she then cut me off and spat out "What do you want me to do about it!?!" I choseto end the call and also end my years of patronage. p.s. We ended up tossing the food out that night due to the lack ofseasoning. DO BETTER EAST PEARL...if you plan to stay in business!! The service and quality has declined greatly. I was given old, brown avocado rolls one time on delivery. The last time I tried... avocado rolls from here I had diarrhea, severe stomach cramps, headache and nausea for days. I should've cancelled my order whenI noticed they had no hand soap in the only bathroom in the restaurant. The sushi chef had on gloves but I don't know if hechanged them between rolls. Very slow service-- when they say 15 mins for takeout the wait is actually 30-45 min. I won't betaking the chance of eating here again, unfortunately. Read more
Reasonable priced asian fusion & sushi options! This was my first visit since moving to the area. I walked in to place my... takeout order on a busy Friday night, and only had to wait about 15 min for my order. We went here for dinner and were the only table in our section. We had fast service and our food came out right away. We had... dumplings, lomein, sushi, and sesame chicken. It was all good and huge portions. The sushi was made to order. Read more
Inside the restaurant it’s filthy and disgusting. I saw a roach crawling on the counter. The lady that called herself the... manager was very rude and disrespectful. The health department needs to go in to fine them and shut it down. I wouldn’t feedmy dog straps out of there. Period! Read more
