It was very slow. We used the drive through. I love Captain D's my problem is with the management. Today there was one lady... running the register inside and she also had to run the drive through. There should have been two people. There was a long lineof customers inside and the drive through had eight cars sitting and waiting for her to get out orders. Every weekend thereshould be adequate staff on hand because of high traffic.BTW the young lady/cashier was overwhelmed but she had the bestattitude. Watching her work gave me the patience to wait. The food is disgusting overcooked and tastes like faucet water. Id rather eat at hardees and they serve stale food.

Place was very slow. Drive thru was empty when I pulled up and the lobby wasn?t packed. Got my receipt at 1433 and didn?t get my... food until 1500. I stayed because I already paid for myself and the kids. Read more

Poor service by unprofessional childish acting teenagers acting like kids in a daycare play area. More interested in their... phones and all their buddies and family hovering around the order area. Fish half cooked and had blackened shady areas throughout all pieces. Did not eat. Had nasty tables and service area that had not been cleaned properly. Bathrooms with no tissueand totally filthy. Floors must have been mopped with soured urine mixed water, because of the rank smell. Very disappointed,used to be a decent place to eat and enjoy the Captain D's Menu. Read more

Good food. ( would have been great if I got my full order) worse customer interaction I have ever had from a companies employee... she was more worried about her phone & when asked about an issue on the order the response was rude & very unprofessional?suggesting the manager re-evaluate who he has working with the public..
