This was our first experience at Krystal?s. Upon entering the business, the first thing we immediately noticed was the very... dirty floor and tables. Employees of the store greeted us. We were treated very nicely. However, I thought the burgers were likewhite castles burger, this part was definitely my fault. They were similar to WC but had an INCREDIBLY LARGE AMOUNT OF MUSTARDON THEM. i did not like the mustard on the burgers next time I would say NO MUSTARD. The restrooms were equally dirty. There wastoilet paper, soap and paper towels. The store was stocked for patrons. I think making some adjustments to our order would havemade the experience better. But the burgers buns were steamed so much that the bun was a mushy soggy mess on the corners. Iwould return but I would buy ONE burger no mustard and see how it tastes then go from there. Read more
I went through the drive-through after coming off the interstate. I had to sit and wait on a couple of people in front of me and... I had to wait a very long time at the window. They asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out. I honestlythought about just driving off and letting them keep the food. It took me 45 minutes from the time I Got off the interstateuntil the time I was able to drive out of their parking lot. Read more
My first Krystal burger experience where my order was correct! Yay! We lost a star here because the airvent inside the building... was leaking....on me. No caution signs or buckets. Just a puddle on the floor. Read more
Terrible service. I was expecting more from a store that supposedly trains managers. After waiting at least 15 mins to be waited... on we were skipped, because we wanted to pay with a card. On top of that they were making the Krystals incorrectly. They didn'tstart with the patties. The grill cook completely covered flat top with onions then placed the raw patties on top. Then put therolls on the raw meat. This is the second Krystal burger that has given me bad service. I won't be going to a Krystal restaurantagain for a long time. Read more
The pimento on the chicken sandwich was just this cold glob on top of the meat. The bun is hit or miss. Sometimes it's hard like... it's been sitting out somewhere. The chicken patties are equally as unpredictable. I have had more hits than misses though. Iwould just suggest you check to ensure you have a fresh bun. Read more
