Went to get truck diesel and the fuel card app says they accept my fuel card but once I got in the store they says they can?t... run my card due to they system having to be able to prepay for diesel and they ladies in store was really rude about it and thewhole process of how to run the card properly they need some training on how to handle truckers asap Read more
This is the best Royal farms I ve been in, It was clean. The bathrooms were clean. The service was great.
This store is completely filthy and the bathrooms are putrid and horrible. Obviously have not been cleaned in weeks.
I used to go here all the time for the convenient location. Then every time I tried to fuel up I had to move to a different pump... to find one not out of order or not accepting cards. They replaced the card readers and all that, and I still have problemswhenever I go here! I just left because despite being locked at the highest level it was fueling REALLY slow. Card readers on pumps rarely work. All the rewards points that you may have earned on your ROFO rewards card can?t be used... because they won?t work inside the store either. I?ve called corporate several times about this and they seem not to care thatthey could solve this problem by using a cleaning card on the readers on a regular basis. Read more
Royal Farms is one of several gas station / convenience store chains in this region. The one in Greenwood is one of their larger... locations because it has a truck service area on the same lot. Anyway, Royal Farms advertises their fried chicken a lot, so oneevening, I decided to try it. Service at this Royal Farms is a bit lacking. There was a long line of customers but only onecashier on duty. Unlike some Wawa stores, there wasn't a separate line here for cigarette customers, which was not ideal becausethat seemed to take the most time. Once I paid up, I went to the order pick-up counter. The lady behind the counter stoodstaring into the distance with a glazed look on her face for quite a while before turning and asking if I had gottensomething. This Royal Farms location has a small dining area but it appears no one cleans up here because all the tables werecovered in grease and food remnants. I found out why though. The packaging for the fried chicken is clearly inadequate. Thegrease from the fried chicken soaks through the cardboard box and within a few minutes, everything falls through the bottom ofthe box.
