I usually enjoy Chipotle however, the location in Groton consistently messes up my order. The store constantly runs out of items... and does not follow the order request correctly. Today, they must have been in a rush because the salsa was placed in an opensalsa container which spilled. Thankfully it did not spill out of the bag. Probably the worst fast food experience I've had. Arrived at 7:10 having ordered online for a 7:00 pickup. Had to park across... the street because the drive through was so long it was obstructing the entrance. None of the food was ready and had to waituntil 7:40 to actually get it while customers who hadn't done online ordering got their food much sooner. Burrito mixed poorlyso eating something different in every bite rather than being blended well. Chips stale. Read more
They almost never have half of the menu items. If you mobile order and ask for items that are not available, I would expect they... would let you know. Instead they make your item and leave off the items they don't have then you go pick up and realize youordered a 6 item bowl for it to only have 3 or 4 of the items in it because they were out of everything else.
