I usually enjoy Chipotle however, the location in Groton consistently messes up my order. The store constantly runs out of items... and does not follow the order request correctly. Today, they must have been in a rush because the salsa was placed in an opensalsa container which spilled. Thankfully it did not spill out of the bag. Probably the worst fast food experience I've had. Arrived at 7:10 having ordered online for a 7:00 pickup. Had to park across... the street because the drive through was so long it was obstructing the entrance. None of the food was ready and had to waituntil 7:40 to actually get it while customers who hadn't done online ordering got their food much sooner. Burrito mixed poorlyso eating something different in every bite rather than being blended well. Chips stale. Read more
They almost never have half of the menu items. If you mobile order and ask for items that are not available, I would expect they... would let you know. Instead they make your item and leave off the items they don't have then you go pick up and realize youordered a 6 item bowl for it to only have 3 or 4 of the items in it because they were out of everything else. Had Lousy service on this visit. The young adults(males) were on the line . Most items were either Empty or almost empty and my... request for fresh food went Unheard. To add insult to this visit we got over charged Dbl meat.. that was a joke for the youngman was scraping the pan to get my order filled (sparse at best). The Guacamole was on point. Read more
We were so excited about a chipotle opening up in Groton but wouldn?t you know it, the service sucks. We ordered a total of 5... times. The first Two times took like a whole hour to pick up via drive thru. Then we learned our lesson and We ordered for inperson pick up. All the 3 times we ordered in person pick up we had 1 order stolen/taken by mistake which we had to wait thereto get our order remade (with not fully cooked brown rice btw, basically inedible), 1 order no issue and the last order wronglysent to drive thru. The cashier wouldn?t check for us, he just told us to wait. Finally someone checked on us and grabbed theorder from the drive thru line. The order is still wrong but with the correct label slapped on. I suspect that the people thereknew it?s wrong and still slapped on the label to get us out of there. Read more
I?m a huge fan of Chipotle so I was super excited when I heard that a Groton location was finally opening. Unfortunately, this... is hands down the worst location I?ve ever been to. My husband and I usually order ahead and our orders are consistently wrong ,and key ingredients are omitted (my husband?s barbacoa burrito didn?t have barbacoa). My visit tonight is probably going to bemy last here. We ordered on the app after getting out of work at 9, and when I arrived to pick up the order, I checked myburrito bowl to make sure it was correct since it?s been wrong before. The omitted at least 4 ingredients between my bowl andhis burrito (no guacamole even though we were charged for it) and swapped several more without asking. When I went back insideto ask about this, the girl I spoke with told me that they clean up early so they run out of ingredients so they just put whatthey have (nobody told me this when I picked up the order). I love Chipotle, some would say it's my life. This place serves up your usual glorious chipotle, however I've found in the past... that they're frequently understaffed. Wait times can be longer than expected and there have been a few orders I've picked upwith options missing, but Chipotle does always make it right if you reach out to customer service.
