I think many people had negative experiences back when it was Tasty Pizza, myself included, but that has been 100% solved since... the change to Lavino. The staff is always extremely warm and welcoming, even on hectic days. The prices are competitive, thetoppings are tasty, and the times are always reasonable. Lavino is my go-to pizza store when I get off work and cooking is thelast thing I want to do. I haven?t tried the shawarmas or wraps since the ownership change, so I think I?ll have to do that atsome point! Read more
This has been my go to place for pizza and wings for over 2 years now. Always great food and the staff is always freindly on... the phone and in store! The apple smoked wings are amazing! Would highly recommend! And the garlic bread with cheese is awesome.I'm going to order right now actually. Lol Read more
The food was fine, nothing wrong with it. I ordered for pickup at 8:30pm and heard absolutely nothing from them until 10pm. The... man working (maybe the owner, I don't know) called saying that my order has been waiting the whole time and when I asked why Ididn't get a call, text, or email that it was ready he said that "it's common sense that it would be ready after 15 minutes" andthat he shouldn't have to notify me that my order was ready. Very poor customer service and unprofessional, don't expect anotification that your order for pickup is ready, just go there after 15 minutes no matter what. Read more
Amazing pizza, definitely the best in the area. We got a shawarma pizza and meatlovers, the crust was great, nice and cheese,... meat had good flavour, overall very happy and will order pizza again. Loses one star because the wings were kind of dry and notvery well sauces. Read more
I've ordered from Lavino pizza a number of times and delivery is always fast and pizza is nice and hot. They make really good... pizzas compared to some shops in Hamilton. Been here a few times, thought the people and food was great. Ordered Gyro and Rice. I literally watched them pull the meat from... the freezer and put it right into the microwave. Was not asked for any white or hot sauce,which I was given the optionbefore,instead I got home to a very small amount of of meat on minute rice with salad. It was covered in what I assume was saladdressing of some sort. I assumed that it came with a pita like before, but no. Just one plastic fork and not even a napkin. Theowner looks in over his head. What I mistook before as hard work upon revisiting just came across as disarray and chaos. editresponse to owner...... ya bud,, I wanted free food,give me a break.....address the microwaved garbage you served.
