Got a pizza sub and the lack of attention by the sub maker was very disappointing. She microwaved my sub when they have a... grill, I would've had my pizza sub grilled and it she microwaved it wrapped up already. I'll never go back to this venue again. Read more
I visited this location recently and have to say the service is AMAZING. The new owners have completely turned this place... around. The bread is fresh, the service is fast and the staff is super friendly! Honestly, I would not normally leave a reviewfor a fast food place, but the staff that was working last week was so nice and smiley, I feel like it should be mentioned. Keepup the good work! I usually love Mr. Sub (since it's a Canadian version of Subway, circa 1977) and most of the time it's a great place to go.... However, this location (Jackson Square) is just below 1-Star rating, actually I am forced to give 1-Star because Google pridesthemselves on being accurate, and accurate shall I be. This place aside from a quick bite notions once ensures, the help howeveris something to be desired. Not only did I give my order more then once, it wasn't even accepted until both workers conversed intheir language (mexican or Spanish whatever) while I am still standing there. Was it really that important to talk when one cansee that there is more then one customer in line to be serviced? Apparently it's much more important then anything else. I washurt but I told myself "you are here already, might as well get this food", I am being served, she screws up anyway. Went during my lunch at work, had to confirm several times whay kind of sub and what bread. Said no lettuce and still tried to... put it on twice. Such slow service as well, took them 10mins to make a simple sub. Then tried to explain they don't have mtn dewwhen I could see if right in the cooler behind the cash. Worse service and way over priced. Read more
Oh my god, this place is horrible. I mean the absolute worst and it has been this way for many many years. It's stunning how... it has stayed in business. Awful, unfresh ingredients and seriously the worst bread at any sub shop anywhere. Literally go toany other food place in the mall instead. Read more
I came out of the movie at Jackson Square and walked over to the food court to order and they told me they had no white bread... left. Huh??? I have never been to a well known franchise that was not stocked up. Maybe the fact that I walked up with lessthan an hour to go before closing had something to do with it. They had a long line at the Burger King right next to them. Ican understand why and will not go back. Read more
I work in the mall and my lunch is 1/2. I Got a 12" sub one time and the bottom of the bread was very soggy. I didn't complain... because I don't have that long for lunch. Anyways I brought it to the managers attention a week later and they said I was lying! They said it must have been something from my side when I brought the sandwich home..
