Im not from Hamilton and this was my first time visiting this Pizza Hut. I went and ordered a pizza for pick up, and while I was... waiting one of the lady working there went to the washroom n came out without flushing the toilet. I don?t think she washed herhands either cuz the sink was not wet at all, and then she continued making pizzas. She was a bit older looking women andprobably one of the managers. If u guys are working in a restaurant please atleast wash your hands while dealing with food.Really bad experience. Read more

This spot gives extraordinary service and yummy pizza. One of my favourite pizza joints around town. The food is served quickly... and for the quality it?s very reasonable. Friendly and attentive staff, they seem to really want to please their customers!Highly recommended. Read more
A previous employee at the king st pizza hut location. As a person of colour i?ve personally felt differentiated around the... crew. The management has hired close friends and family at this place and plays favourites that is seen clearly by others. Iwould suggest the management to try to work fairly with all employees regardless of gender, colour, race or relationship withthem. Read more
Ordered online pre paid for delivery. Less that a minute after paying a receive a call telling me no one is there to deliver it... and it'll be 4days or so for refund bye. Thanks so much!! Officially will never order or eat for them ever again! Deleting theapt! And I hope people are aware that the will do this. Read more
I think this place here hires uneducated people who dont know to read write or follow instructions. A year back when the menu... had butter chicken pizza, when i ordered from the website, I paid extra to have more toppings along with the butter chicken andsauce. N guess what i get? Everything except the butter chicken n the sauce. This happened twice. V complained the second timeand their resolution was quick so no complaints there! Time flies and today v ordered a veggie lover pizza or smthng lik dat andpaid extra to have grilled chicken and pineapple, both the toppings wer missing! I mean how can someone mess up royally likethis every single time? I should have learnt my lesson but im stunned at d dumbness of the employee/s working here. Something isdefinitely wrong! I ordered via SkipTheDishes n they only refunded me 6$ for the topping thats missing! But I dont want to eatthe pizza without my favourite toppings! Never ordering from this place again! Read more
Not sure why rating is so low. We ordered it and pizza was fresh, dough was soft and crispy. Dough is similar to French... baguette. Whoever likes flavor I recommend to try arrabita pizza. Yummy! Read more
Not impressed by the customer service at all. How can u take my order and forget i ordered a brownie not a cookie. I can?t keep... coming back to make sure if the order is correct. Do better, people are paying a lot of money at ur restaurant. Read more
