I ordered on the weekend I was staying at an air b and b down the street. Heard this place was new and great from locals.... Ordered a big party tray asked for well done and it wasn't . Called in my order at 12:19 for pick up, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I gave them some extra time as previous... experience at this place has taught me that they are never on time with my order. They only started to make my order at 1:20 andpizzas weren?t ready till 1:40. This is the last time I am ordering from this location. Read more
Absolutely some of the worst food I?ve ever eaten in my life! Ordered the chicken fingers, chicken shawarma, onion rings and two... slices of cheesecake. Everything except for the cheesecake tastes the same and it was all soggy! Usually order wings and pizzaand they?re really good, anything else forget about it. Read more
Our regular order was very late. We phoned, they said they?d tried to deliver but got no response to doorbell or phone. This is... a lie. We were home in the front room with the phone on the table beside us. They clearly got the address wrong. This was nottruly the big deal for us, it was the complete rudeness and nastiness we met with when we called. They said we could have thenow two hours old original pizzas but not fresh ones. We ordered two or three times a month, that?s about $600 per year, alwaystipped the drivers well and this is how they treat us? There are too many other places offering good pizza to have to put upwith this kind of disrespect. Read more
I don't know if it's New owners but for a while now the pizza toppings, cheese, sauce are WAY less than they used to be and thin... crust when not asked for. Very Very disapointed with our last order. Hope the owners read this and go back to how pizza USED tobe made loaded with topings, cheese, sauce. Read more
Over 2 hours to deliver and after numerous phone calls the order was delivered. I live in an apartment and the driver had the... nerve to call me from outside the apartment building for me to go down and get the order from her. I refused and it was finallydelivered to my door 2 1 hours after placing the order. The order was wrong. I ordered the pizza with regular crust and normalbake. Got a thin crust pizza ,well done. Absolutely terrible service. Very rude staff or even owner?? (we do not know who was on the phone). My husband called and... ordered a Large PEPPERONI /JALAPEÑO pizza, the guy who was on the phone he said ok with A very rude sound. We drove there20mins to pick up and got home with AN EXTREMELY COLD PIZZA AND RED ONION/ JALAPEÑO toppings AND FEW SLICES???
