Always great service. I'll be the first to admit that I'm a creature of habit, I usually order the same thing. They always get... it perfect, so I keep coming back. The owners are super friendly, so many restaurants/businesses can't seem to get this rightbut its a big part of why I'm a repeat customer at this location. They consistently go above and beyond to make you feelwelcome. The store also appears very clean so it checks all my boxes. They were also a super clean restaurant prior to thepandemic, it can be hard these days to tell who's faking it, but not here. I'd give a sixth star if i could. Read more
Not all Subways are created equal. Fairly new to the city, we have been searching for a store that could match the service and... quality we swore by at the only Subway we'd eat from where we used to live. This one seems to have ticked the boxes. There aremany stores closer to where we live, but we will now drive further to continue buying from these guys. First of all, one of theprevious Google reviews indicated that the staff/owner greeted you when you walked in. That was all I needed to see to know togive this store a try. It isn't that I feel that is a requirement. It isn't. In fact, I would never expect that. However, it isa very simple and nice touch, and if they go out of their way to ensure they acknowledge you when you walk in, it is a sign oftheir overall approach to customer service. True to the review, having never set foot in there before, I was immediately greetedwhen I walked in. I - and the rest of the waiting customers - were apologized to for having to wait a little as he waspreparing a delivery order. Again, just a nice touch to further feel acknowledged and appreciated. He was extremely attentiveand made both subs I requested exactly to order without any issues. It is a peeve of mine when staff start grabbing items youhaven't asked for, or suggesting toppings you didn't request. Too often, when I order my sub (a very simple veggie sub witheverything except olives and onions), the staff will continue asking for my approval of individual toppings which I canappreciate some people may like, but is another peeve of mine. He just heard what I said, made the sandwich, and confirmed ifeverything looked good. Perfect! For my wife's sub, who is !very particular!, when I asked for half the amount of meat, just alittle amount of lettuce, a zig zag mayo pattern, and a thin mustard line, he obliged with no trouble at all. Best Subway ever! I always come to this one as it is near my house. The owner and his wife are so nice and great workers. Always... greet everyone as soon as they come in. Also especially good at understanding what is 'a little bit' versus 'a tiny bit' etc,very neat and proper sandwich assembly. Facility is clean and service is fast and friendly. Thank you !! Read more
