Had to call 6 times, then they wouldn't take my order over the phone and were rude in person
Twice in a row now I've had issues at this location. First time, about 2 months ago, the lone female employee was immediately... rude to me for no reason. It wasn't even busy, in fact the store was empty at the time. I left without ordering anything. Thenyesterday, went there with my friend to order 2 footlong subs, we had a coupon, I even showed the male employee the coupon wewere planning to use before ordering, and he acknowledged it. He makes the subs then at check out refuses to honour the couponeven though the current subway deals are valid until May 20 2022.
