Twice in a row now I've had issues at this location. First time, about 2 months ago, the lone female employee was immediately... rude to me for no reason. It wasn't even busy, in fact the store was empty at the time. I left without ordering anything. Thenyesterday, went there with my friend to order 2 footlong subs, we had a coupon, I even showed the male employee the coupon wewere planning to use before ordering, and he acknowledged it. He makes the subs then at check out refuses to honour the couponeven though the current subway deals are valid until May 20 2022. It's really bad costumer service, I ask her for veggie Delite with veggie petty and she said it's not consider under veggie... Delite, she said it's consider under sandwich. Service was fast but person couldn't understand what wanted a few times. I asked for honey oat bread and not whole wheat. I... asked for peppers and onions on my sub while being toasted and got Parm cheese, so had to tell her again. Other than that it wasok lol. Location is small but was nice and clean. Read more
