Came here tonight and got 3 chicken nugget happy meals. Easy enough right? WRONG. One of the happy meals did not have chicken... nuggets. Instead, a box of mystery sauce? How??? Maybe if the kids working here were actually working instead of playing witheach other, less orders would get messed up. Seems to be the norm in fast food. The only reason I gave this a two star isbecause they offered to replace the happy meal. Read more
We love this McDonald's. It is on our way and an easy stop when we go to see our grandchildren in north Alabama. It is clean and... the parking lot always has ample parking. Read more
Girl at the window wouldn?t even speak to us, we couldn?t figure out if we had our food . We checked bags and tried speaking to... her again to let her know we didn?t have everything and she was acting like we weee a bother. Didn?t even tell us have a goodday or anything again no conversation at all. Food was awful and a mess. Will not be back to Hanceville one ever!!!! Read more
All I can say is McDonalds is McDonalds. I go there almost every day for my Mocha Frappe w $1.50 off. It never bothers me... because I am not a hurry hurry person but if you are go to Burger King or elsewhere instead. Read more
They always mess up our order. Even after being told twice at the menu speaker and pay window before paying and they still mess... it up! It's fast food one of the easiest jobs but they seem to just be incompetent at it. When you get charged for something anddon't get it over and over, time after time you gotta wonder how dumb these people are. Read more

I went through the drive through and they gave me 2 McChickens without chicken. BUT they were more than happy to fix it the next... day. So I'm thankful of them for replacing my order. Very professional! Read more
The only thing I'll really get at a McDonald's is coffee. It's good about 90ish% of the time. I can't say much about anything... else. They forget the straws pretty often, so be sure you have them before you leave the drive thru. Read more
