Takes 15+ minutes for a milkshake EVERYTIME. It's like they wait to do my milkshake until after they do the food orders of... people, many of which I saw order AFTER me. This has happened the past 3 times I have been here. Twice around 4PM and oncearound 11PM. People shouldn't be getting whole meals ordered, cooked, and given to them before I get my simple little frozentreat. Read more

Stopped Monday for 2 coffees. It was the worst coffee I ever had at Sheetz The computer coffee machines are horrible and taste... is terrible. We have been buying all our coffee at Donkin lately. Sheetz used to have the best coffee around. Sheetz needs tochange soon or they will be out of luck. Besides Donkin has a great drive thru for coffee, why dont Sheetz have a special coffeedrive thru. I ordered two MTO coffees. I was handed them cold. They were not iced, just cold. I don't know how someone could spend 10+... minutes making a drink and not realize or care that it is cold when they hand it to the customer. Not only am I dissatisfied, Iam also mad and uncaffienated. Read more
Employees always wear masks. Curbside orders are pretty good on average. A few times my order took way longer than it should... have but it's usually a reasonable wait time. The Baltimore location is faster but Eisenhower does pretty good. My order isalways correct Read more
I get gas & diesel here a couple of times a month. Its always hit or miss on if the pump will print a receipt. Also, I don't get... the emails receipt either. Strange. I have never gone in at this location so have nothing else to rate. Read more
