Very bad experience . Fast food it is not - more like a 10 minute nightmare. Waiting at window -no acknowledgement at all... .. Drive around again to be given the wrong order - even after boy took my receipt . I ordered a simple 2 cheeseburgers ,two smfries and a Big Mac - he handed me two fish sandwiches , - A Chicken sandwich ,fries and a couple More things in the bag Ididn?t go threw . Wouldn't let me give them a zero rating but that's what they deserve. Lobby was closed by 8m and manager got real attitude and... told us the lobby was closed even though the doors were open and lights were on. I hope they get their attitudes in check oroverhaul the entire staff. Read more
9/23/2022-- go here often because we live in town. Service is generally on point, but not tonight. Even after repeating my order... not once but twice--when ordering and while paying-- my nuggets were missing from my bag &the fries we did get tastedstale. Check your bags, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Updated Review - 2nd September 20, 2022 Ordered a fish sandwich, 2 pies and large French fries (hot). The fries were hot, but... tasted like they had been sitting for hours. I specifically asked for hot fries. Maybe, I should have also specified fresh. Thislocation continues to disappoint me. I hadn't been in awhile so I decided to give them a try. Big Mistake. Avoid them if youhave other options. First Review - several months ago. We stopped at McDonald's in Harrington, Delaware tonight, and my wife ordered a smoothie. When the employee passed the smoothie through the window, my wife jokingly commented that she was beingcheated out of some of the product. The cup was 3/4 filled. The young man apologized and went to add more product to the cup.Apparently, he was intercepted by someone in the business. He returned with the same cup and said that this was the correctamount of product. I want to commend the young man for trying to do the right thing. Apparently, someone else in managementthought he was not, and sent him back with the same unfilled cup. Some folks don't need to be managers or supervisors. I won'tbe visiting this location anytime soon. We took pictures, and may send them to the owner of the business. I also sent myconcern to the owner of the restaurant. Neither the restaurant, nor the owners have responded to me. Apparently, customerconcerns aren't important to them. It makes you wonder, what other areas of the business is not receiving the requiredattention. What ever happened to customer service? Read more
Ordered a 6 piece happy meal extra fries and chocolate milk only got one fries and a sour milk wanted a single burger ketchup... only ended up getting a happy meal with no fries and another sour milk also got a deluxe crispy chicken with just sandwich nofries. Cafe was clean and modern. Looked like it was recently remodeled, or a newer Cafe. We used the order kiosk and our food was... brought to are table. The server was nice. Food was good. The restaurant is located right off Dupont Hwy and easily accessible.Outside is nice and clean as well. Nice country scenery all around. Read more
These idiots put cooked fries back in the grease and tell you they are cooking them fresh. Typical disgusting fast food... behavior. At night fries need to be cooked to order because you are ratty never spend my money here again what makes it evenworse is there are managers working when they do this at night. Read more
