Always out of entrées. Portions have been horrible. Always seem to get the bottom of the barrel. My daughter loves the steak... and broccoli. Ordered the big plate and recieved one portion. Seems as if all of Hartland restaurants are inconsistent otherthan Culver's. Fast food that is. Read more
Half an hour before closing. Almost no food available. Would not make fresh (could see kitchen was being cleaned. Food we got... was very old & disgusting. They should make fresh everything before cleaning kitchen. They lost money. At least 5 peopleturned away after us. Read more
While our family enjoys Panda Express. We got there an hour and a half before closing, the inside was closed. Went through the... drive through and they told the car in front of us it would be 20 minutes for orange chicken. We would have had 5 orange chickenmeals to order. So we left. Read more
We were pleasantly surprised to find that this location was not too busy inside on a Saturday for dinner. The staff was working... hard to fulfill orders for dine in, carry out, and drive thru. The person that helped us with our order was very nice, and ourfood was delicious. The dining area was very clean with some seats blocked off for social distancing. The ladies restroom wasalso clean. UPDATE: Check your orders before leaving! We stopped in for mobile order carryout and they had forgotten an itemin our order. I asked about it and they insisted it was in there, so I had to unpack my entire order on a table, opening everybox, to prove to them it wasn't there. Only then did they acknowledge the mistake, then we had to wait longer to get what weordered, while the rest of our food was getting cold. Not a good experience. Read more
We did an online order, pulled up in drive thru to pick it up. It was a time to pick up at 6:36 pm. 7:20 rolls around and there... is still no food for us, but everyone else served. I went in and they forgot we were waiting for our food, refused a refund, andwere disgusting in handling the situation. Ride, unapologetic, and not helpful at all. So, I guess panda likes to steal yourmoney, never purchasing here again. Ocean star is by far the better restaurant anyways. Read more
The people in front of me were being served well. The server was nice and dishing out the usual portions. I was anticipating... the same, until a different server jumped in to serve me. She was not as pleasant and the portions she doled out were not thetraditional amount. NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! I love Panda Express and have been eating there for 5 years. When I was an over theroad driver, there were times I went miles out of my way just to eat at Panda Express. I have never had an issue with theportions at any Panda Express from California to Michigan. That's why this was so disappointing. This won't stop me fromeating at Panda Express in general but I will stop eating at this one. Read more
