20220801 my dogs ran out of ice cream and not sure when I will make it to a creamery. Back up plan! I got them the strawberry... and me the love potion. Delicious!! I haven't been here in so many years. I used to order an ice cream cake here for my dog'sbirthday. She never ate the ice cream in the cake. After several years, I stopped ordering her a cake and instead I would takeher in a vacation, whuch she definitely prefers over an ice cream cake. She just turned 10; time flies. I drive by thisshopping center almost everyday, and this evening, I got a BR calling ????. I prefer ice cream at creameries where the ice creamis made with milk from free roam, pasture raised, happy cows. I ran out of those ice cream and didn't see any that I wanted atWhole Food. Anyway the young lady working tonight was so polite, patient, and helpful. She pointed out the prepackagedcontainers $6.49, and mentioned that they are cheaper than the freshly packed, $8.69. She also offered sampling, if I wanted totry somthing.I picked up a container of prepacked mint chip and freshly packed triple mango. The triple mango was delicious; Ihad a sample. The mango aroma was great and the ice cream was smooth and wasn't overly sweet. It was perfect. I need to comehere more often for ice cream instead of going to the grocery store. I saw my favorite cherry jubilee, which is what I almostalways get, and wanted the rum raisin, too... next time. She was such a great employee that I gave her a nice tip. Read more
I have nothing but excellent things to say about this location especially when it comes to their cake decorator, Lien. I have 5... kids and never have to think twice about where I will go to get a delicious cake that is also decorated to perfectly match theparty theme. Not only is Lien sweet and patient with me but she is also talented, creative and fast! She works with me over thephone to take one of the websites cake designs and make it my own, guiding me along the way. She makes great suggestions and Itotally trust that whatever decisions she makes will be aligned with my vision! She truly is an asset to an already great teamat BR Franklin Farms location! The ice cream is always great. Pretty sure a lot of their employees are high. Every time I?ve come in they spend 10+ minutes on... my milkshake. If you have an allergy please be careful at this location. I?ve seen them handling peanut butter and touchingother things around them.
