We visited this Jack's during a very busy time of day, but they got us through quickly and our food was delicious. There was... plenty of seating in the dining room so we decided to dine in. The dining room was clean and orderly. We all were able to getwhat we wanted for lunch and my husband and I remarked that this was one of the best meals we had had in a long time. My chickentenders were done to perfection. He had a special order sandwich that they got right the first time and he said it waswonderful. Tried their chicken nuggets today! They're a little smaller than I thought they'd be but still delicious.
The place stinks of mold, the bun was hard, my coworker ordered no tomato it had not only a hard crusty bun but had tomatoes. I... wouldn't even leave a review but this place needs help. Currently the drink dispenser is leaking all in the floor. Read more
Great experience. Food was hot, fresh and the biscuits weren't broken. Wish they could figure out a way to speed up the... breakfast drive thru line but it wasn't a terrible wait. Maybe 4-5 minutes from order until we had our food. Read more
The newJacks in Cullman Alabama started off good but now they run out of food at dinner time they let the inside line go to the... door. They take care drive thru. I don't know if it is poor managment or just lazy employes. No matter I will be looking for abetter place to eat. The food is good when you can get it. Read more
This is the worst experience my husband and I have had. We ordered breakfast and was completely forgotten about. I finally had... to yell to get anyone's attention. We was then informed that breakfast was over. I told the cashier that when we ordered it wasstill breakfast. I ordered two chicken biscuits and and I had to throw one away. The cook dropped two chicken fingers andpicked them up off of the floor and put them on my biscuit. We couldn't get any strawberry jelly or mustard. I will not go tothe Jack's in Holly pond, al. Delicious food, great service. Jack's is a must stop every time we come to Alabama.
If I could give them a zero I would. The assistant manager, Sheri, was a hateful individual. Told me the gift coupon I had... wouldn't cover what i ordered. I told her I have been to 3 different locations. They ALL TOOK IT without any comments orbacklash. She pulls out her card and swiped the machine like it did something hateful to her. NEVER SAID THANK YOU, or have agood day. Just slung the bag on the counter and said here it is. Got home.. the ham egg and cheese biscuit that she gave megrief about was smashed. Egg off to the side of the biscuit and there was more of the cheese on the wrapper Tham on thebiscuit.. I WILL not go back to this location. Seems to me their a bunch of Yankees rather than the friendly restaurant ofthe South. I'm guessing since they are the only fast food restaurant in Holly Pond she has the attitude like it or leave it.Well, I'll drive a few miles extra to get a smile and kindness over the hateful attitude she has.
