Site said they open at 7. Then the staff said 7:30. So I placed an online order for 1 smoothie. Didn't get it until after 8... o'clock. If you're looking for a quick meal, this is NOT the place. My dining experience was awesome. From great customer service to delicious food. We were a party of 5 and we all ordered... different varieties of food, from T-bone steak to nachos, country fried steak to chicken sandwiches, from grits to loadedmashed potatoes.... everything was so delightful. Bad customer service here , the girls here are so rude , about 4 people were in front of me and they walked away cus no one... attended to them for over 35mins , now it?s my turn but no one is attending to me and the girls wil walk pass me and not say aword to me - they are not serious with their jobs , some old couples stood about 10mins waiting to be checked out - I willrecommend here be closed until they get good management/manager. Definitely a waste of time and money. Ordered apps and entry but needless to same they wanna send out both at the same time. ... Sent the apps back and the food was just thrown together. Will not be back Read more
Waitress was very nice and friendly, food not so much. Could have been they were out of alot of things, like buns, or running... short staff. Quality was not there. As stated waitress was great, but food quality was sub par. Read more
It took over 45 minutes to get food ordered off the menu, once ordered. We were not informed of the wait before hand which... would have helped. Nor were we provided updates throughout the wait.
